How to Flatten a Rolled Poster

Here is a quick guide on how to prepare a poster before hanging it on a wall.

Almost all of my botanical posters ship in tubes. The diameter wary from 5cm to 8cm depending on the qiantity of posters in order.

There are many ways to unroll a poster, though some of them have a risk of creasing the poster. This is why on this page I am providing one and safest one!

I suggest this method: weight it down

1. Take off protection caps from the tube and take out poster(s). 
2. Unroll it carefully on a clean, flat surface. 
3. Place something heavy on each corner and along the edges to weigh it down. Books work particularly well
4. Leave for 24 hours. Be patient! This duration will give the poster ample time to relax and flatten out.
5. Remove weights. The poster is ready! Once your poster is successfully unrolled and flattened, consider framing it to protect it from future damage.
